<p>GSC offers joint administration and billing through our Online Administration site. We handle the initial setup of the life and/or disability benefits and enrol plan members. Then, plan administrators take over from there &ndash; using GSC&rsquo;s Online Administration to conduct ongoing administration and billing for all benefits.</p>
<p>Bottom line: multiple carriers doesn&rsquo;t mean multiple administration systems.</p>

<p>Our Online Administration portal gives you access to our reporting system, Web ShieldStats.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Our proprietary GSC claims system collects and stores your data for health (including drug) and dental benefits. This allows our reporting software to extract data from your plan member&rsquo;s claims history to produce a variety of analytical reports. &nbsp;</p>
<p>Web ShieldStats puts reports at your fingertips that include:</p>

<div>Benefit Eligibility &ndash; detailed plan design information, limitations, and plan sponsor-specific adjudication rules</div>

<div>Enrolment &ndash; plan member and dependent listings, benefit coverage, and address reports</div>

<div>Claims &ndash; detailed information, including number of claims, dollars rendered and dollars paid, top benefit categories, and year-over-year comparisons by benefit line</div>

<p>You can run reports right away or schedule them to be run automatically.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>
<p>These reports can help you to measure the performance of cost containment programs, understand where benefit dollars are being spent, and ultimately control costs.&nbsp;</p>
<p>These reports are so detailed that claim costs can be analyzed right down to the actual procedure performed. A &ldquo;drill-down&rdquo; capability offers quick data manipulation between summary and detailed data. Multiple &ldquo;what if&rdquo; scenario reports can be run. For example, a report can be run that predicts savings based on capping a benefit at a certain amount.</p>
<p>Whether it be as simple as an active plan member listing all the way to a customized report on medication costs based on disease state, we have a very strong reporting structure and a full team dedicated to reporting needs.</p>
