<p>Manage My Pain helps you and others better understand what you are going through. It has helped thousands of people with conditions like fibromyalgia, migraines, arthritis, or back pain better understand their symptoms and provide evidence of their pain for their doctors, insurance companies, or government agencies. Manage My Pain was created in partnership with industry-leading pain researchers and has been clinically validated by Canada&rsquo;s largest academic hospital, the University Health Network.</p>

<p>Downloading and using the app is free! As a GSC plan member, you&rsquo;ll have access to:&nbsp;</p>

<p>Need the services of a registered physiotherapist? Phzio Canada offers an easy and cost-effective way to receive physiotherapy treatment virtually &ndash; for qualifying injuries or conditions &ndash; through the Phzio platform using your computer or mobile device.</p>
<p><em>This service, available at a discounted rate for GSC plan members, may be partially or fully covered under your benefit plan. Even if it isn&rsquo;t covered, the discounted rates still apply (for GSC plan members).</em></p>

<p>Looking to connect with a registered physiotherapist using a virtual experience? Look no further as one is available to you via Phzio Canada&rsquo;s <em>Phzio</em> platform. And even better &ndash; at a discounted price simply for being a GSC plan member! You qualify for this discount even if your benefits plan doesn&rsquo;t include physiotherapy coverage.</p>
<p>Your treatment begins with a live video call on the <em>Phzio</em> platform with a registered physiotherapist who will complete your evaluation/assessment to determine if a virtual experience is right for you and your medical condition/issue. If you&rsquo;re a good fit, a customized treatment plan will be created by the physiotherapist who will monitor your progress along the way.</p>

<li>No need to travel to a clinic</li>
<li>Evaluations and treatment with a registered physiotherapist where and when it&rsquo;s convenient for you</li>
<li>A customized rehabilitation program specific to your injury or condition, with guided online exercises tailored to your needs and progress</li>
<li>Appointments can be booked online, and you can message your physiotherapist at any time</li>
<li>Virtual treatment can be used as an alternative to face-to-face physiotherapy or to supplement it</li>

<h3>What&rsquo;s the cost?</h3>
<p>As a GSC plan member, you and your eligible dependents have access to exclusive discounted rates of <strong>$59.00</strong> for the initial visit and <strong>$49.00</strong> for each follow-up visit.</p>
<p>Reimbursement is subject to your existing physiotherapy coverage limitations. Check to see if your benefits plan provides coverage for physiotherapy treatment before you book your appointment. You&rsquo;ll only pay out-of-pocket for the amount not reimbursed by your benefits plan, and you don&rsquo;t need to submit a claim as everything is taken care of by the physiotherapist as they submit your claim directly to GSC following your virtual visit.</p>
